January 30 at 12:30 PMMy husband bought a plastic container of premoistened wipes at the begining of the pandemic so he could wipe down surfaces. I now have a vinegar, soap and timy bit of bleach on a paper towel. Towel can go in compost.

January 30 at 12:28 PMOk this was kiinda dumb but one learns...I use a lot of glue sticks in my art and the plastic barrel has bothered me. so I found (on ebay) UHU ReNature which has a recyclable barrel. And then it was shipped (fuel was used) in plastic. So no bueno. Next I will back a "glue pad" out of an old sponge and elmers. Smart elementary teacher...

January 24 at 8:55 AMI was concerned about where reusable bags are acceptable during this pandemic. Turns out they are ok most everywhere.

January 21 at 12:13 PMI've been nervous to use reusable grocery bags during the pandemic, but I will make sure my bags are clean and use them whenever stores allow.
