    I actually found organic cotton pads, plastic free and biodegradable. Since I used a panty liner frequently for reasons other than menstrual flow I was leaving a large footprint of plastic behind. This solution was perfect for me and this challenge.

    I want to start watching more media that involves climate change, the planet, etc. I didn't realize Disney Plus had a ton of documentaries on those topics. A goal for myself is to watch them once a week in exchange for other shows/movies.

    Food is a big area in my life that uses a lot of plastic. I currently use reusable glass tupperware, but I am still using plastic ziplock bags. That is something I am looking to change before this challenge is over!
