    Today I did really well eating fruits and vegetables instead of any packaged items.

    It's interesting finding how much plastic is in everything. I'm starting to grab some plastic film, and little snack bags like chips from work to bring home and recycle or save until I can with Ridwell. I have bought things to help reduce plastics but still have a way to go.
