Food Cook Meals with Zero Plastic Waste
Do an inventory of your kitchen to see how many single-use plastics you've used in the past. What are some low-waste or reusable alternatives to these commonly used products? What would your impact be if you switched all the single-use products from your inventory to reusable? Are there any items where it would be difficult to avoid plastic waste?

We make fresh food 80% of the time. Unless I grow grains or grind them to make my own flour, I am not sure if I can procure or purchase basic ingredients as rice or wheat flour without single use plastic. It is an eye-opening experience to realize how single use plastic bags are integral part of our lives.

This is really exciting challenge! What a way for me to learn, practice, and teach my kids and engage them as well.
