My iced latte came with a strawless lid which made avoiding the plastic straw incredibly easy! I have noticed more large coffee chains switching over to strawless lids for their iced drinks which is great to see.

At Home Recycle Plastic Bags

Has separating your plastic bags for recycling helped you identify how you might reduce how many you have? What are you doing differently now?

Having a surplus of plastic bags is a helpful reminder to bring my reusable bags to the grocery store. It is also helpful to find additional uses for the plastic bags, like lining a trash can, so that the bags can get a second life.
