Reusable bags are convenient to use and more durable than plastic bags. The tricky part is remembering to throw them in the wash.

I've found some economic bar soaps that also have less ingredients and more natural ingredients than the body wash I was using for many years. I like experimenting with new bar soaps.

I started using silcone bags for food storage. I do still prefer plastic wrap for some veggies but am trying to change over to glass bowls for storage.

    Food Make Your Own
How do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?

I like preparing my own meals because it adds creativity to my day and I can add ingredients and seasoning to the level I like.
